Welcome to 7777zs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7777zs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 7777zs website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino lobby, promotional offers and all associated services collectively referred to as "the Services".

• "Account" means the personal player account registered on the 7777zs platform by an individual User.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to validate a Player's identity, age and payment method ownership.

Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to your location.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or entity is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of 7777zs or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any connected platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. 7777zs reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7777zs platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You must not allow any other person to access the Services through your account. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who carried it out — is your responsibility. Where 7777zs has reasonable grounds to suspect that a third party is operating an account, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

KYC Verification

7777zs is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the identity, age and payment method ownership of all registered players. This is a standard requirement under international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and responsible gambling compliance frameworks.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at the time of registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Services:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Age: A document confirming your date of birth, typically satisfied by the same document as Proof of Identity.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the deposit method used is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of an Easypaisa or JazzCash account screen showing your name and registered number, or a bank statement for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah accounts.
• Source of Funds: In cases where large deposits are made, 7777zs may request evidence of the source of funds to comply with AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Delays in submitting required documentation are the Player's responsibility. 7777zs is not liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to complete verification promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on 7777zs are processed through the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability may vary. The names Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT are referenced as familiar payment options for Pakistani players — players must verify current supported methods directly in the cashier. These names do not imply endorsement of gambling transactions by the relevant providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Account balances, deposit minimums and bonus thresholds are displayed in PKR where applicable.
• Withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. Withdrawal processing times are published in the cashier.

Bonuses & Promotions

7777zs offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and sports-specific offers tied to events such as Pakistan home cricket series, PSL T20 tournaments and ICC events. All promotions are governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on the 7777zs platform unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless specified otherwise.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the individual promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in bonus balance forfeiture.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. 7777zs reserves the right to withhold bonus benefits from players who demonstrate patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to clear requirements without genuine betting intent.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome offer via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 7777zs reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players prior to taking effect where practicable.

Betting Rules

The 7777zs sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including Pakistan cricket (home series, ICC tournaments, Test and T20 formats), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), major international football competitions, UFC events and other sports. The following rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before settlement.
• Bets are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant governing body for each competition. In the event of a dispute, 7777zs's determination is final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined below.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided at 7777zs's discretion.
• 7777zs reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error. Players will be notified promptly of any voided bets and stakes returned.
• Accumulator bets are available subject to the combination rules set out in the sportsbook interface. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection.

Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly must raise a dispute with support within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted.

Casino Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777zs platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 7777zs.
• Colluding with other players, agents or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering.
• Abusing chargebacks — initiating a chargeback with your payment provider while retaining betting winnings.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any decision made by 7777zs in good faith under these Terms, including the voiding of bets or suspension of accounts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by consumer protection legislation, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted in that jurisdiction.

Account Closure

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at closure.

Closure by 7777zs: 7777zs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 7777zs reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Amendments to These Terms

7777zs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure as described in Section 15.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions or updates to contact details — may be made without prior notice, provided they do not materially affect your rights or obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 7777zs holds its operating licence. Players agree that any disputes shall first be subject to the internal complaints procedure described below before any external legal proceedings are initiated. 7777zs is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
